Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The ambiance was inviting - nicely landscaped and surrounded by lots of trees and plants. What stood out in our stay was the excellent customer service of their staff. From the Front Desk to the restaurant, staff were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Ms. Mary Ann Gulayan went above and beyond in resolving some issues we had during our stay. She was just a wonderful person. Restaurant staff did the same thing - very service oriented and attentive to guests (Rose).

Always love coming back to Davao and Waterfront Insular Hotel is my usual go-to. It is one of the more iconic accommodations in the city. The staff were very approachable, yet professional - despite the little hiccup around the deposit processing time, they were very quick in resolving my query. You can't beat the outdoor facilities. My friends and I were very fortunate to have been able to experience a local fashion exhibition by the beach. On a side note, the Elysia Wellness Spa is a must! If I stayed longer, I would've opted for another signature massage. Also, food, food, food - make sure you don't skip out on the buffet breakkie & dins.

We always love staying at the Insular, with the lovely resort style setting, pool, restaurant meals, and close proximity to malls and airport. All the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Pleasant and clean rooms. The view is amazing and the food are superb. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and service. Again Thank you all to the staff specially Nestle and Kath from reception for being accommodating. Jm from room service and the guy from pool area not sure with his name (Jonathan?). You guys are amazing. Overall our stay and my mom’s birthday was indeed memorable and amazing. Will come back again for sure.
